As a lynchpin of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Gold Medal Ice Hockey “Miracle Team,” Jim started every game in goal, and was the backbone of the win deemed by Sports Illustrated as the greatest moment in 20th century sports.

Jim’s professional career includes a ‘hat trick’ of achievements – as an outstanding NHL athlete, a powerful motivational speaker and corporate consultant, and acclaimed author. He inspired two movies, and received multiple awards, including the Congressional Gold Medal, the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame, and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Hall of Fame.
